Zdarma 14 concept Exotic 20 avril 2002 |

Exotic, like Zdarma members' life ! Inspired by the "plage concept" of 1999 and musically by Ibiza's Latino and Balearic grooves, 20th of avril, 2002, this was the most exotic ZDARMA you have ever dreamed of... The music was vinyl-operated, for a very professional sound & aspect...I selected the finest samba-latino & percussion tracks of the moment, and Olivier picked up some old 45's (ymca etc!!) to assure I'll mix them in vinyl...don't forget that zdarma staff is very-professional yet very coool guys :-D
The best part of this Zdarma was the planning: exotic concept...but how? Nikitas proved himself as the "best idea man" for this whole winter! sitting cool @ the Zdarma corner, smoking his strifto, he had the idea of the ananas bar and the hyperactive dj table.
Everybody started to dance...
...but Dorothée seemed se faire chier close to the bar ?!
Anyway, Cagin and Nikitas prepared some cocktails as well as Martinis, Bacardis, Tequila, Havana club and some fruit punches. On the hyperactive dj table Philip and Zibidi mixed their staff: disco house, percussion.
As you can see above, Sonia had prepared us very cool t-shirts and hats. The dress was exotic: swimwear..., or just bananas around your waist, like kisskiss. Then the lights went on.
There was a lot of action near the bar, Cagin gave a lot of vodka melon sfinakia and olivier filmed the whole thing. Here is the short zd14 Video !
The party finished not very late. But we continued the fiesta next morning: celebrating Zdarma's president 26th anniversary. Happy birthday Filippos!
We played tavli on the 5th floor, drinking café frappé in the sun. Later, Natasa had prepared a mini party in the zdarma corner. I already dream of zd15,oct.2002. See you!
